Hello and welcome to another fun filled August of sun, fun, and back to school routines!? Yes, but not to worry. In true Rockstar Fitness fashion we are keeping it simple! 

When thinking about setting up a routine you don’t want to overwhelm yourself with 20 strict set rules. 

Pick 3-4 easy and time efficient activities to do both in the morning and before you go to sleep.

Building a routine that can be repeated with ease will lead to structure and as we know structure leads to a positive routine. 

Keep it simple. Keep it Consistent.

Ideas to make this August the best!

•Nighttime Routine

 Set a sleep time schedule. Having an appropriate sleep schedule will calm your body and let you mind relax. Allow yourself 2-weeks to get into this new routine.

•Breakfast Time

Create a morning routine. Give yourself 15 minutes in the morning to make or eat a healthy breakfast. 

*Headliner Bonus Tip*

Make your food the night before to save yourself from running around in the morning. Please remember to keep it simple and keep it healthy.

•Meals Together 

Extracurricular activities and work might interfere with a traditional sit down dinner but even 15 minutes together to connect can go a long way. If your schedules are too hectic to allow family dinners, try having breakfast together in the morning. Eating breakfast together a few times a week is better than nothing.
