1 on 1 training
Private one on one sessions for adults we refer to as Headliners. Each session will be customized to each clients individual needs and fitness abilities. 60 minutes in length.
This is a small group setting of adults we refer to as Headliners. Each session will be with 2-5 clients per session. Each session will be a customized workout plan for the group. Progressions or regressions will be made for individual fitness abilities to maximize the Headliners results. 60 minutes in length.
This is for young athletes we like to call Rockstars. This is a group training setting will 2-8 athletes per session. This programs for Middle School, High School and College athletes. These programs will build speed, power, explosiveness, and injury prevention to stay and be at their best for next season.
