Eating food on the run takes extra planning that can seem like we don’t have time for. Good news Rockstar Fitness, the
-Keep It Simple- model is here!
Instead of rushing around, grabbing whatever you see…unfortunately most of the time that may or may not be a good snack choice…
-Instead take 2 minutes the night before
-Pick 2 snacks off the list below or another healthy snack that has a low sugar content
-Put that snack in a container, in the fridge with your name on it or if possible in your bag so you don’t forget to take it with you when you start your day.
Please remember change is hard, changing a habit takes time, and small-simple steps are required to make a larger change in your health!
