snow. more Skiing. More Soreness? Read On!

Hello and welcome to another winter wonderland 2024 style! 

As the winter season gets moving into the lovely months of ice, snow and hitting the trails or slopes, we are going to have to deal with an old friend we totally forgot about…first time outing soreness.

When we start anything for the first time ,or the first time since last year, we are going to get a thing I like to call muscle soreness. Real shock to the Rockstar Nation that it is just that simple haha! 

Why does this happen, and what are 2 simple things we can do to help our legs feel back to normal?

First why does this happen:

-Muscle soreness is simply explained as your muscles receiving a new stimulation that they haven’t had before or they forgot about over time. Like blasting down a Double Black Diamond or skiing in the woods for miles . Who knew muscles can think… maybe not quite, but sort of true.
