Why is Iron in your daily feedings important?
Iron is important to have in our daily meals and feedings because its most noted function is to produce hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout the body. Without iron in the body the body can’t transport oxygen as well leading to fatigue, weakness, and some other health issues.
