Best foods to eat to have more iron in your diet,

Having iron in your daily meals and feedings is key to developing muscle, staying focused on the field and feeling at your best most of the time 🙂

Why is Iron in your daily feedings important?

Iron is important to have in our daily meals and feedings because its most noted function is to produce hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout the body. Without iron in the body the body can’t transport oxygen as well leading to fatigue, weakness, and some other health issues.

A couple other factors of why iron is important

-Cellular Function

-Brain Development 

-Immune system support

-Prevention of Anemia

Iron can be found in many places and in many different foods that are both a protein, a vegetable and fruits. 

A fun secret to master the benefits of iron rich foods is to combine a protein that is high in iron with a green vegetable and or fruits high in Vitamin-C. Combining these will allow the body to absorb the foods faster.
