What is Zone 2 Conditioning exactly??
- Zone 2 conditioning is when your heart rate is between 65-80% of your max heart rate
- Max Heart Rate
- 220 – Your Age = Max HR
Zone 2 is ideal for
- Burning Fat
- Increased aerobic capacity
- Muscle Recovery
- Mental Health
- Increased Energy Production
So in turn don’t skip your Conditioning cause this can keep you running faster, jumper higher, and feeling 80 years young!
