Hello and welcome back Headliners and Rockstars
We are here in March, the sun is shining and the temps are up in the low 60’s as I am writing this at least 🙂
As I was reading a recent article about health, strength, staying as powerful for as long as possible, 3 items kept being mentioned:
-Workout at least 2 times per week
-Get your Heart Rate Up (above 65% of max heart rate is best!)
-Get some sweat flowing
…and a triple shot of health
+Take Fish Oils
+Take Vitamin D (4000-5000 IU’s)
+Walk for 20 minutes
After reading this I thought, yes, I do say these things a lot and maybe some of these exact things…but the key to
Being more Healthy
Becoming stronger and more powerful
Being able to play 18 Holes, hike a mountain, surf a hurricane :), or just kayaking with a grandchild is
Engaging in Consistent Actions that promote Positive Results.
