Stress…yes we all feel it this time of year. This is most definitely a real part of our lives whether that be a positive stress, such as:
-New job
-A new promotion
-or a new member to the family
or maybe it is a negative stress, such as:
-a sick family member
-a work deadline
-or holiday shopping!
There are 3 simple, safe, and smarter things we can do:
1. Take a 20 minute walk
2. Sit in the sun for 20 minutes
3. Listen to calming sounds like the ocean…or go to the ocean!
