I started to think about the upcoming holiday season and ways to stay fit and healthy when surrounded by holiday meals.
During the holidays we travel – whether that is to Grandmas, Massachusetts, or maybe even the Big Apple. We need to eat, but as health and fitness lovers we want to eat to stay in shape but also enjoy a meal out
When we are thinking about what is best on the menu we should always think of the
*Big 3*
-Protein centered entree first
-Quality veggies second
-Tasty carbs last
This will give us a positive and energy filled meal to keep us full for longer to avoid a late night pizza slice at the corner pie house.
