What is Fitness?
Can anything be fitness?
Can lifting a tractor be fitness…
maybe not! :), but…
Here at Rockstar Fitness, we believe in a time-tested system of progressive exercises to help you meet your goals at your ability level.
Now…
What if you can’t make it to Rockstar fitness because
-you are working late or have
-2 kids games to go to,
-or just have to make it home to make dinner
Well good thing here is you probably have time that you have overlooked or maybe just didn’t know you had 🙂
Time Management is a tough little bugger that everyone can work on within their personal schedule.
The big question is how much time is enough time to get a good workout in
- 60 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 15 minutes ?
A healthy adult over the age 40 should be engaged in regular strength training for -120-150 minutes per week.
-That’s 2-3 sessions per week.
-60 minutes each session.
Now what if you can’t always get 60 minutes in?
30 minutes is your go to.

*Jump
*Run
*Upper Body
*Squat
*and Blast your core!
…the key is to keep the energy level up and keep it simple!
