- Get lots of sunlight
- Walk outside and get fresh air
- Take more vitamins such as Vitamin D, magnesium
- Exercise at Rockstar Fitness 2-3 days a week!
- Eat more protein, fruit and/or veggies at each meal
Do what we can to be at our best each day!
