Take 5 minute to Step Away to Feel Better.

Hello and good afternoon!

Today I share with you a little fun insight I had the other day while I was foam rolling.
Sometimes we feel bored or stressed and we can’t figure out what to do with those feelings; and what we can do to make this time go by faster (and make a healthy use of our time).

Lucky for us it’s right there in front of us…or just outside 

 It’s a short productive walk for 5 minutes. When we feel bored most of us feel a need to eat, and sometimes the foods we choose are not so great for our health and fitness goals. Next time instead of having some ice cream, a cookie, or something else we know isn’t great for our future self….

Let’s take a 5 minute walk, and luck has it that when the wonderful sun that is beaming down upon us is filled with Vitamin D – a wonderful de-stressor and vitamin to make us feel better
