By adding protein to our morning breakfast routine we can kickstart our immune system, metabolism, help give us have more energy and feel more full as we go through our busy days
A few simple foods that we can eat that are filled with protein and are pretty simple to make:
-Eggs
-Greek yogurt
**Bonus**
Adding frozen berries or fruit to the yogurt will help boost your immune system.
-Drink 8-10 oz of water
