What is Vitality?
Vitality is the state of being strong and active, to have Energy!
The definition of vitality rings very true for members of Rockstar Fitness, and the best part everyone is welcome to it.
But, where do we start and how do we start?
Start by:
•Keeping it simple
•Engaging in a regular routine
•Keep it short, 60 minutes or less
•Continue to move at work
a. Stand up and walk every hour during work for 2-3 minutes
•Take the stairs instead of the elevator
a. A study conducted said T hat adults who climb 10 or more flights of stairs on a weekly basis instead of an elevator have a 24% less risk of a Stroke.
b. Power up and climb those flights
Being vibrant, to have Vitality, and to be energetic…when you want to 🙂 can come from a couple different ways
-Mediation
-Belly Breathing
-Fuel yourself right
a. The darker the food the healthier it is
-Protein. Protein….and more protein
-Walking with purpose.
a. A pace that is at sometimes hard to talk
