Today we jump into healthy ways to better your food eating habits, and strategies to make this new habit last!

Do all your Eating at a Table
-Try not to eat while you are

  • Driving
  • Watching TV, your cellphone, or tablet you will tend to eat mindlessly which will cause you to consume more calories.

A Better tomorrow starts the Night Before

  • Make the food the night before to save yourself from running around in the morning. Please remember to keep it simple and keep it healthy.

Creating a healthy Habit

  • Creating a healthy habit with food, exercise, or a routine will take up to
  • 2-4 weeks to change your old habits into a new and healthy habit

**Beware of the Backslide**

  • The backslide to your old habit that was once forgotten isn’t too far away! It can take only 1-week to backslide

That being said, continuing to

  • Be mindful
  • Being Present
  • and Allowing yourself the time to start a new routine or habit is key to achieving that goal.
