Today we look at a small step to start spring strong:
**Walking*
1. Walk for 20-30 minutes 3x per week
2. Walk when you are most active or before you are really in-active 🙂
-at work every 60 minutes
-before a long meetings
-before bed
-before you sit and relax to watch the TV with the family
3. Best times to walk?
-Before you eat breakfast
-On your Lunch break
-After a Workout
-After Dinner
4. Want to maximize Fat Burning?!
Walk for 20 minutes following a strength training session to increase a post workout metabolism boost
Walk right after dinner to kickstart your metabolism
5. Walk at your Pace
Walk at a pace that you could and can carry on a conversation with your friend
