If so, you have started the day:
- strong
- giving yourself energy
- …and if you added in 8 ounces of water, fruit or veggies you are crushing it today!
If not, that’s ok. You have tomorrow to start 🙂
Today’s we are all about breakfast and the best way to kickstart the day!
I have fielded a couple questions over the past weeks from a handful of clients who like to know what I have for breakfast. Now I could certainly tell you exactly what I eat…but what if:
- you don’t like that?
- can’t eat this?
- or just don’t have time?
Instead I will give you an outline just like back in the day when we were in school. A guideline allows us to see what is expected for the best results…and we can fill in how to get it done!
Breakfast Must Haves
- Protein…lean protein is preferred
- Hydrate: At-least 8 ounces, but 16 is best to get the brain rolling and metabolism in motion
- Some fruit or veggies
- …but what about the time it may take?
Don’t have time in the morning routine, no worries Headliners
- Make it the Night Before.
