Breakfast!…The Most important Meal of the Day.

Hello Headliners!

Did you have Breakfast?

If so, you have started the day:

  • strong
  • giving yourself energy
  • …and if you added in 8 ounces of water, fruit or veggies you are crushing it today!

If not, that’s ok. You have tomorrow to start 🙂

Today’s we are all about breakfast and the best way to kickstart the day!

I have fielded a couple questions over the past weeks from a handful of clients who like to know what I have for breakfast. Now I could certainly tell you exactly what I eat…but what if:

  • you don’t like that?
  • can’t eat this?
  • or just don’t have time?

Instead I will give you an outline just like back in the day when we were in school. A guideline allows us to see what is expected for the best results…and we can fill in how to get it done!

Breakfast Must Haves

  • Protein…lean protein is preferred 
  • Hydrate: At-least 8 ounces, but 16 is best to get the brain rolling and metabolism in motion 
  • Some fruit or veggies
  • …but what about the time it may take?

Don’t have time in the morning routine, no worries Headliners 

  • Make it the Night Before.
