Bored? Get Moving and have a Strategy to stay on your Goal

Hello and good afternoon Headliners 🙂

Today we are discussing a way to help ourselves feel better, eat better, and ways to better deal with boredom and eating to pass the time.

Being bored is a part of life and is a part of being a human. It’s normal and ok to be bored, but if you have health and wellness goals or want to run a 5k in 6-weeks, you may want a strategy to avoid eating while you are bored 

Fun steps to take to be stronger:

-Grab a handful of veggies
-Grab an apple, banana or peach
-Drink 8-16 ounces of water or sparkling water
-Stand in the sun for 5 minutes while drinking 8-16 ounces of water
